Greater Threat, A
Vicaonar is annoyed by the Sullians, and the fact that they took his helmet.
1) I need to kill the Sullians in the Nerian Highlands until I find Vicaonar K'Xaar's helmet. From the quest notes:
"I can find their ring by following the path east out of the fair and then going north when the path forks."
Basically, take the road east from the fair, and when it forks, turn left (north). The Sullian Protectors and Wildcallers are level 12 down arrow, and fly all around this area, near the road (69, -150). Kill them until you get the helmet auto-drop (took me about five kills).
2) I need to bring Vicaonar K'Xaar his helmet.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, either Neriak Practice Bow, Neriak Practice Dagger, Neriak Practice Mace, or Neriak Practice Sword, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Back to Work.
