The Wolfmaster wishes you to head out to the plains and find him a direwolf, so that he may make sure it is healthy.
NOTE: While this quest is soloable (at higher levels), it is much easier with a friend or two!
1) Capture and muzzle a dire wolf for Wolfmaster Heinrich. The Wolfmaster says to you:
"Approach the animal slowly and then use this muzzle on it to soothe its predatorial instincts. Once docile, bring it back to me."
Head out of town via the closest exit, and cross the bridge. You will immediately see Dire Wolves, level 61 (-597, -106). Put the Dire Wolf Muzzle in your charm slot and then drag that to your hotkey bar for ease of use.
A good strategy if you are with a buddy is to have your friend aggro while you use the muzzle, since you can be interrupted while trying to use it. You will need to be quite close to the wolf in order for it to work. After the wolf is restrained, your quest updates. You'll have 10 minutes before the muzzle wears off.
2) Return to Wolfmaster Heinrich with the dire wolf.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The Dire Ravager Whisperer.
