1) Niba'ouz wants me to try to fish up a bull saltfin. You can find these in the same schools as the regular saltfin.
2) I need to return to Citizen Niba'ouz.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and Poacher's Talon.
