Arozik learned from the log book that the Haoaerans are plotting something big, but the scout did not learn exactly what. He sends you back to the jungle to get the orders for their plan.
1) I need Haoaeran orders from the spiroc to the south. Be wary of the level 7-8 down-arrow Raptors that wander this area. There are a couple of areas where you'll see 'a dead spiroc' flanked by a Raptor on either side. Clear the Raptors (they can be singly pulled), and click on the corpse to get the orders you need.
2) I need to bring these orders to Secondary Sky'ki.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Decoder Glyph.
