Chain of Command, The
Primary Sha'ki wants the Blackshield boat destroyed. You are to discuss this with Scrum McFeely, and then take care of it.
1) I need to speak with Scrum McFeely. Scrum is standing right next to Sha'ki. He gives you one of his inventions.
2) I need to burn the Blackshield landing crafts (5 of them) with the MF-47 "Wildfire." Head north from the outpost to the beach, where you'll find many Blackshields next to their small boats. Equip the Wildfire in a charm slot to get it ready. Kill the level 11 down-arrow mobs, then target the boats and 'use' the Wildfire to burnify them. You can re-use the same boats, and they respawn faster than the Blackshields (2,322, 823) and (2,327, 796).
3) I need to return to Primary Sha'ki.
4) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Blackshield Operation.
