Primary Sha'ki now wants you to get the Blackshield orders for him, so he can learn what they are up to.
NOTE: The reward item(s) for this quest will not be shown in detail, since you will likely grow out of using them quite quickly.
1) I need an up-to-date copy of the Blackshield orders. They have an encampment at the northwestern end of the beach. Go back to the beach, and hug the wall to the left. You will come to a small area with a couple of tents, a couple of level 11 down-arrow Blackshields, and a glowing box (2,551, 742). Click the box to collect the orders.
2) I need to bring these orders back to Primary Sha'ki.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Band of the Blackshield Invaders, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Taking Action.
