Primary Sha'ki sends you to discuss taking out the Blackshield boss guy with Standard Ku'uul.
1) I need to speak with Standard Ku'uul in the Green Overlook. Go back to the beach and hug the mountain on the left until you come to some wooden steps leading onto the Green Overlook (2,529, 805). Once there, continue straight ahead to find the Standard (2,514, 919).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Step 1: One Head of the Hyrra.

STEPS:
