Arowon invites you to join in their sport of killing Blackshields, and wants you to bring her their earrings.
1) I need some (8) Blackshield Smuggler earrings. Head north from the outpost to the beach, where you'll find plenty of Blackshields of all varieties (2,322, 823).
2) I need to bring these earrings back to Arowon Myli'tak.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, They've Made Themselves at Home.
