You are given this quest after you speak with Bison and select first: "I will help the Qeynos Guard," and secondly: "Qeynos Guard: Stonebark Treants."
1) I need to kill 13 stonebark treants. You'll find these non-aggro, level 71-72 mobs northwest of the Gash of T'Thelin (1405, -2441).
2) After you kill all of the mobs needed, you get XP, Faction: +150 to The Qeynos Guard, and 14164 Status Points.
