You are given this quest after you speak with Bison and select first: "I will help the Qeynos Guard," and secondly: "Qeynos Guard: Nurgan Minediggers."
1) 1) I need to kill (13) Nurgan minediggers. From the quest journal:
"The Qeynos Guard has urged me to eliminate Nurgan minediggers in the Fens of Nathsar."
These level 73-74 mobs are in the very north of the Fens, in the Nurga Mines (-294, -1977).
2) After you kill all of the mobs needed, you get XP, Faction: +150 to The Qeynos Guard, and 11283 Status Points.
