You are given this quest after you speak with Bison and select first: "I will help the Concordium," and secondly: "Concordium: Elder Wurms."
1) I need to kill 13 elder wurms. West of the Gash of T'Thelinin the Wurm Caverns, are the level 72^ Elder Wurms (1816, -2105). Continue heading west to find more.
2) After you kill all of the mobs needed, you get XP, Faction: +150 to The Concordium, and 14668 Status Points.
