You are given this quest after you speak with Bison and select first: "I will help the Concordium," and secondly: "Concordium: Warslik Prowlers."
1) I need to kill (13) warslik prowlers. From the quest journal:
"The Concordium has asked me to slay warslik prowlers in the Fens of Nathsar."
Head out of Riliss and proceed north and you'll find the level 73-74 Warslik Prowlers roaming around on the grasses (-1223, -522).
2) After you kill all of the mobs needed, you get XP, Faction: +150 to The Concordium, and 14942 Status Points.
