You are given this quest after you speak with Bison and select first: "I will help the the Celestial Watch," and secondly: "Celestial Watch: Drachnid Hunters."
1) I need to kill (11) drachnid hunters. The Drachnid Hunters are level 68-70, and are just a bit east of Dreg's Landing (628, 150).
2) After you kill all of the mobs needed, you get XP, Faction: +150 to The Celestial Watch, and 11,087 Status Points.
