Trader Walworth is waiting on her shipment of goods, which won't come in until her paid mercenary returns. She's given up on the mercenary, so you'll be collecting what she needs.
1) I need some (10) drolvarg skins. She says to you:
"The drolvarg are to the northeast, near Karnor's Castle."
Northeast of Dreg's Landing you'll find level 68-70 Drolvarg Scavenger and Snarler mobs (514, 37). The skin you need is a body drop, and seems to drop with each kill. For a faster route to completing your quest, you will find a group of many Drolvarg Fodderling and Scavengers hanging out in the hollow of a log, near the far edge of the lake (518, -107). They are level 65 double down-arrow.
2) I need to bring these skins to Trader Walworth.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +200 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Threads of a Noble.
