Grush wishes to determine if it's the poison from the drachnids that is spoiling their water, as he suspects, and it's up to you to aid in this endeavor.
1) I need the heads of eight drachnids in the hills east of Dreg's Landing. I need a drachnid poison sac. The Drachnid Bloodknight, Hunter, and Enthraller mobs are level 68-70, and are just a bit east of Dreg's Landing (649, 185). The heads you need are body drops, as is the poison sac, though the latter does not drop each time.
2) I need to bring this poison sac to Grush McSearrin.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +200 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, Necklace of Ry'zilk's Renegades, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Stupid Poisoned Lake.
