Zeliss found an artifact that he can somewhat understand. He would like to get more relics, but is afraid. You'll be collecting the relics for him, in their best possible condition.
1) I need to collect (6) iksar relis from the Lakeshore Ruins to the northeast. First off, put the "ArtifactSafe Brand Cleaning Fluid" in a hotkey slot for easy access. The Ruins are easy to find, though they have Crumbling Spurbone (level 68 skellies) wandering all around them.
You'll have to do some killing before you can safely cleanse the potential artifacts. Most of them are inside the ruins, and they seem to respawn in the same spot. Here are four locations: (787, 19), (807, -.8), (782, -22), and (775, -12). Once you find a potential artifact, you must first use the cleaner on it. If it does not disintegrate ("The dirt melts away but there is no artifact hidden under it."), then you can pick it up.
2) I need to return to Zeliss Vrang in Dreg's Landing.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Dark Bargainers Necklace, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Thieving Scavengers.
