Zeliss is still not satisfied, and asks you to check one more place for him: the lake.
1) I need to collect some (3) of the iksar artifacts in the lake next to the ruins. Either equip yourself with some sort of water-breathing device, or be prepared to do lots of bobbing up and down to get air. There are some aggro fishies in the lake: level 68 double down-arrow Lake Lurkers. Here is where I found my three artifacts: (708, -144), (666, -23), and (663, -7).
2) I need to bring these artifacts to Zeliss Vrang in Dreg's Landing.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and either Ancient Sathirian Bucket, Ancient Sathirian Amice, Ancient Sathirian Leathers, or Ancient Sathirian Wraps.
