Fillzer is missing one component to make the fishmen antidote, and you'll be going to get it.
1) I need to collect some (5) mudcorpse mushrooms from where the mudfin fishmen live. From the quest journal:
"The mudscorpse mushrooms commonly grow in the water around the fishman village to the north."
Just as it says, you'll find the mushrooms in the water, close to the shore. Here are the locations for some of the ones I found: (-1484, -92), (-1469, -129), (-1316, -248), and (-1299, -261).
2) I need to bring the mudcorpse mushrooms back to Fillzer Faramant.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your XP, Faction: +200 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Return to Hroar. In addition, after you finish this quest, Hilbraega Stoutmun will offer you another quest: Showdown at Gra'al Shul Temple.
