Challenge Rock
Hilbraega tells you how "the Sathirians both in Varis and in Gra'al Shul make heavy use of the drolvargs in the Warning Thicket to the north." She wants you to stop it. To do so, you must officially challenge their leader and then leave after you kill him. This requires getting 30 leadership tokens, to start.
1) I need to call out the drolvarg leader and defeat him. I will need at least 30 drolvarg leadership tokens to call him out. Hilbraega says to you:
"Once you have 30, there is a Staff of Challenge which sits atop the large "Challenge Rock," in the northern end of the thicket. Place the challenge tokens around that staff and you will call their leader out. Once you defeat him, simply return to me. Your absence will send them down the path we want."
I found a variety of level 69-72 Drolvargs further down the road to the north, and then to the right (northeast) in the hills a bit, into an area called the Waning Thicket (-1701, -423). The no-trade tokens often drop in multiples; the highest I saw was a stack of four, so it won't take as long to reach 30 as you might think.
An efficient way to do the quest is to start at the bottom of the hill, and then kill mobs on your way up. By the time you get to the top, which is quite close to Challenge Rock, you'll likely have 30 of them. The skull you'll need to click to call out the leader and challenge him is right in front of the rock (-1789, -655). Soon incoming will be Snarl Fangtooth, a level 72^ mob. If you're in a group with other members that have the quest, you need only kill him once to update everyone's quest.
2) I need to return to Hilbaraega Stoutmun.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Tenacious Cap, and Faction: +1000 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp.
