Germa wants you to spy for her, specifically by tagging certain of her 'contacts' with a tracker, "so we can keep track of their dealings."
1) I need to tag Spudtop, an arbor giant in Karatun Hold, northeast of Highton. I need to tag Chilzern, a sarnak in the camp in Filrek's Eye, west of Highton. I need to tag Pogos, a goblin in Camp Rotsnot, west of Highton.
Put "Queue's Humanoid Tagger" in a hotkey slot for easy access. Note that using the Tagger will not cause the mobs to aggro you at all.
To get to the giant area, go east and through the hollowed out trunk. Head north, and you'll see a large wooden palisade. On the west side of it will be a ramp to go down into the area (978, -2266). On the bottom, you'll see Spudtop (level 70-71 solo) standing guard in front of a room (844, -2254). Be careful--there are many level 70-71^ giants wandering around. You can tag him from a safe distance.
Go back through the hollow tree trunk, and head to the west, past Highton. You'll eventually come to Camp Rotsnot, where you'll find Poogs in a hollowed out base of a tree (2067, -2150).
I've had some experience falling down the big and deep chasm that is the Gash of T'Thelin and then being pounced upon by the mobs below, so I decided to tag Chilzern last of all. This is not the most efficient place to practice your safe fall, if you have that skill, by the way.
You'll need to go west of Highton, and while in Filrek's Eye take a ramp down into the bottom of the Gash (entrance at 1313, -2204). Chilzern the Sly is a level 72 mob that stands under the second tent when you reach the bottom area (1418, -2172). You will have a number of level 71-72 Goblins to kill on the ramp down before you can get close enough to tag him, however. Once at the bottom, you should be able to get him into view without having to enter his tent, or aggroing further mobs.
2) I need to return to Germa Prash.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Broken Toe Belt of Blasting, Faction: +600 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Spudtop's Request.
