Spudtop asked a favor of Germa, and she wants you to carry it out. You'll be poisoning Ol' Spuddy's rival.
1) I need to poison the cup in Karatun Hold farthest Spudtop. Put the "Giant Poison" in a hotkey slot for easy access. There are two 'rooms' in Karatun Hold--go to the one that Spudtop is NOT standing outside. The mug is on a table; double-click it to add the poison.
2) I need to return to Germa Prash.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +800 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Di'zok Intelligence.
