1) I need to speak with Moorha Tildaelaela. The Arcane Refuge is a building southeast of Gauwren. Moorha is on the bottom floor (1831, -807). She explains to you how Caleb's body is being controlled by spirits.
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Residual Ether.
