Moorha will create an ether projector for you to use on Caleb's body.
1) I need to use the residual ether projector on Caleb's zombie. You'll find the body of Caleb wandering around near Gauwren (2008, -898). Target him and use the Residual Ether Projector on him to update your quest.
2) I need to speak with Gauwren Tarix.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +1000 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, either Drape of the Devout, Highmen's Hoop, Teren's Graspers, Vest of the Teren Scholar, Boots of the Devoted, or Teren Scout Thermals, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Heavy News.
