Greeblentus has some 'serious work' for you, but first you must undertake a task to prove that you know what you're doing, and to help you get to know the area.
NOTE: Although each of the steps direct you to refill the provision caches by "using" a variety of items that Greeblentus has given you, you do not have to click on the items, put them in a charm slot, or any such thing. The refill happens automagically.
ANOTHER NOTE: You need to be a crafter of a certain level (undetermined as of yet, probably higher than 60) in order to accept this quest. After you complete it, you'll get access to some crafter writs, and have some positive faction in order to take the writs.
1) Travel Northeast from Teren's Grasp and make your way to Fens of Nathsar. Greeblentus says to you:
"The task is simple, take the following provisions to Fens of Nathsar and deposit them in the correct provisions cache found there. I have marked the locations for you but it will still be dangerous and you may die."
The Fens of Nathsar lie in the northeastern section of Kylong Plains. You'll be going east, heading towards the Fortress of Varis. Once inside the Fortress, stay to the left to just past through. After you're on the mainland, follow the coastline to the north, and bind to the Sokokar Post there, if you have not already. From there, continue on the road heading to the north. Your quest updates after you officially enter the zone to Fens of Nathsar (-903, -1058). Continue forward to zone into the Fens.
2) Travel to the first provisions cache and refill using the emergency rations. Greeblentus' directions says it's northwest along the mountain pass, just before you reach the Bathezid's Watch.
Careful going along this pass---it is patrolled by level 72^^^ Bathezid's Watch Arcanelings and level 73^^^ Bathezid's Watch Revealer mobs that can lay the smack-down on you if you don't have the faction to make them non-aggro. When you see a crate on the left side of the path, this is the first Emergency Provisions cache (792, 1044). Use this, and your quest will update.
3) Travel to the second provisions cache and refill using the emergency potion. Greeblentus' directions say it's east of Sathir's Span if you travel along the south bank of the ravine in the Swamp of No Hope.
This looks like a crate, same as the first provisions cache. It's sort of tucked away, but as long as you follow as close as you can to the edge of the land (on the *south* side of the Swamp, as the directions say), you will find it (-800, 1169). Use this, and your quest will update.
4) Travel to the third provisions caches and refill using the emergency exit scroll. Greeblentus' directions say it's further south along the ravine a few steps before reaching the second bridge by a huge boulder.
Keep heading east and a bit south, and you'll come to the third provisions cache a bit west of the bridge (-1936, 1382). It is behind a rock, not a huge boulder, as the quest tells you. Use the cache, and your quest will update.
5) Travel to the fourth provisions caches and refill using the emergency camp stone. Greeblentus' directions say to cross the bridge and head northwest just before you reach The Crystal Grove behind two huge boulders.
These boulders are much larger than the previous ones, at least. The cache is just south of The Crystal Grove (-974, 301). Use it, and your quest will update.
6) Return to Taskmaster Greeblentus and inform him you have refilled all the provisions cache. After you tell him this, he says to you:
"Zekilius in Riliss and Anuhadux in Bathezid are the ones in charge of the crafters tasks. I have made arrangements to let you enter their camps and you will not be harmed unless you do something to anger them..."
He continues:
"The more orders you fill the more favor you will gain with them, but it will take a good amount of service before they trust you. Work hard and you will be rewarded, return to me when you have learned more and I will share with you another contact you may be interested in. Farewell Wren!"
7) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +1249 Riliss, Faction: +250 Bathezid's Watch, and you will now be able to take crafting writs from Supply Sergeant Anuhadux and Preperations Officer Zekillius.
