Zalzak praises both their and the Iksar weaponry, and figures "why would we use our own resources when we can just use theirs?" He wants you to bring back some crates of pikes from Iksars that have been attacked. Further, his commanders decided it was not worth the risk to attempt to get these weapons, so Zalzak hopes to profit from the venture.
1) (6) Pristine iksar pikes recovered. From the quest journal:
"Scouts from Bathezid's Watch have attacked and disabled a caravan of iksar weapons. I must gather the pikes before the escorts receive the help they are waiting for."
We had a difficult time finding this one. We looked all over the Fens, mostly off the roads. Finally Brasse found the caravan south of The Crystal Grove, in the Swamp of No Hope. It is north and a bit west of the Sokokar Post Western Pass. Here are the locations for some of the weapon rakes where I recovered my pikes: (-598, 437), (-581, 443), (-585, 432), and (-588, 412). Note, the caravan is surrounded by many level 71-72 Caravan Escorts, but if you have already 'made friends' with the Iksar, then they will not be aggro to you.
2) Inform Weaponmaster Zalzak that the pikes have been recovered.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5000 Bathezid's Watch, and Nightwatch Shoulders.
