Gillin wants you to bring her some of the powder the goblins snort so she can...study it.
1) I need some (12) dust pouch samples from the Broken Toe Goblins southeast of Karnor's Castle. I happened to be out exploring in the Camp Rotsnot area (west of the Gash of T'Thelin, southeast of the Jarsath Wastes zone, and northwest of Karnor's Castle) and got all of my kills there. You will find level 70-71 Broken Toe Scrappers, Raiders and Shaman (1914, -2176).
These are body drops, so if you are in a group, each member will need to collect their own. Happily, every kill does drop one. Alright, I did check southeast of the castle, and you will find some level 68 Broken Toe Backbiters, Stabbers and Mystics, level 68, wandering around (-66, -120).
2) I need to bring these dust pouches back to Gillin Henry in Brakthyr's Post.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +400 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and Regimental Chain Armguards.
