Basher now wants you to make the fish trade for him.
1) I need to acquire the Sathirian munitions from Merchant Taelyrrk. From the quest journal:
"Basher Malgon wants me to take the Kunzar Snappers into the iksar fishing village on the shore of the Lake of Ill Omen. Once inside, he wants me to find Merchant Taelyrrk and trade him the Kunzar Snappers for Sathirian munitions."
Head southeast from Basher to get to the shore, and then go to the easternmost set of fishing huts to find Taelyrrk (-112, -790).
2) I need to return to Malgon.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +400 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Retrieval of Goods.
