Execution
Hraen has a 'nerve toxin' for you to use on the arcanist. After he is knocked out, you will be able to "search his body for his Varis beacon." The beacon will allow someone to easily teleport to inside Varis.
1) I need the arcanist's Varis beacon. From the quest journal:
"I need to use the anchor Ishka provided me while on the second floor of the tower in Sulassk Post. Once the arcanist shows up, I need to use the nerve toxin that Hraen gave me to incapacitate him. Once he is incapacitated, I need to search his body for the Varis beacon."
Put both the Arcanist's Anchor and the Nerve Toxin in a hotkey slot for easy access later. Then make your way to the northwest, to Sulassk Post, a small tower just across the river at its head. You will encounter many level 70-71 Sathirian mobs wandering outside the tower (entrance is at -1010, -763).
Once inside, climb up to the second floor and use the anchor. Thisk, a level 75^^^ will appear, and you should immediately use the nerve toxin on him. He'll crumple to the ground, and you can then search him for the beacon.
2) I need to return to Hraen Vutha.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Dark Bargainers Longbow, and Faction: +600 to the Residents of Teren's Grasp, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Execution.
