To Omen's Call
Hesskin sure took his sweet time in offering this to you. He wants you to deliver some items to Omen's Call.
NOTE: This quest will be on a timer; you'll have 20 minutes to complete it starting after you pick up the crate beside Hesskin.
1) I need to pick up Hesskin's Crate, which is next to him on Sathir's Span.
2) Deliver the crate to Cavil in Omen's Call. If you have previously visited Omen's Call and bound your Sokokar there, you can take the Sokakar from Sathir's Post directly there. That's for us lazy types. If you haven't been there or you can't be bothered to fly, then run or ride yourself to the north and a bit west.
Omen's Call is on the shore of the Lake of Ill Omen, and Cavil Restault is inside the inn on the docks (the entrance to the inn is around the back of the building) (199, -272).
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward and XP.
