Kelgyn says to you:
"If you were to show me you are willing the serve the Di'Zok, I will report your intentions to the commanders. That, at least, should allow you to enter the fort without being immediately killed, but I cannot make any guarantees."
You will be taking care of an annoyance to Outrider Kelgyn.
1) (15) Yha-lei fishmen slain. Kelgyn says to you:
"Look to the shore. There is a set of ruins on the lake, which have been overrun by the disgusting creatures known as the yha-lei."
From Kelgyn, head back down the mountain a short distance, looking to the left. There is a shortcut ramp leading down to the Lake of Ill Omen (788, 976). Once you reach the bottom, you'll be able to find level 71-72 Yha-lei Hyrdomancers, Explorers, and Mindbenders (477, 636).
2) Return to Outrider Kelgyn.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Emissary's Slippers, and Faction: +5000 Bathezid's Watch.
