Vitaliz has some work for you, finding him sabertooth fangs.
1) (12) Uncracked sabertooth fangs collected. From the quest journal:
"I should be able to find the sabertooths wandering throughout the Fens of Nathsar."
These level 71-72 Sabretooth Scufflers are north of the Kylong Post (403, 1112). The fangs are auto-drops, do not drop each time, and update for each member of your party that has the quest.
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP and Faction: +5000 Bathezid's Watch.
