Tiwin is worried over some missing scouts. You will be finding them so he can sleep at night.
1) I must locate Outrider Aerkun. I must look for Outrider Bewin. I must find Outrider Wyrlyk. I am to find Outrider Clazkaer.
Tiwin says to you:
"I doubt they have gone too far from the Watch--they weren't assigned to anything that far away."
You will find Outrider Wyrlyk lying on his back on the ground behind a rock, on your way back down the mountain from the Watch (641, 1289). Aerkun is north and a tad east of the Kylong Post (422, 1190). From Aerkun, you need only travel a bit to the northeast to find Outrider Clazkaer lying beside a tree (298, 1057). Then go a little more to the northeast to find Outrider Bewin (162, 994).
2) I must report to Dragoon Tiwin.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5000 Bathezid's Watch, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Mystic Advice.
