Death to S'neuchi
The Oracle tells you that S'neuchi is "likely the one who orchestrated this entire summoning ritual."
1) Find and defeat S'neuchi. Vorzalka says to you:
"It's likely he is within the Swamp of No Hope. I have heard that he travels between Riliss and the Pens, directing the cabalists in their practices and collecting reagents for his rituals. Search the area near the Pens, and see if you might be able to find him there."
S'neuchi is a 72^^^ in a small camp with four level 72 Rilissian Bodyguards, north and east of the western pens of Riliss (-810, +345).
2) I must return to Oracle Vorzalka.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +10000 Bathezid's Watch, and either Oracle Blessed Wristbands or Sarnak Dragoon's Mark.
