This is a quest only for Sages level 50+ that have relevant harvesting skills of 240+, and have completed the Improving Relations with the Locals quest. If you fit the bill, speak with Xin-xu Augren (38, 8, -32).
STEPS:
1) Xin-xu wants you to speak with her son Ghil Ventur in Antonica, near the Coldwind Lighthouse. Ghil asks you to collect some items to make paper in the Village of Shin.
2) Back in the Village, collect 5 pieces of bark from mulberry bushes (29, 14, -60).
3) Next gather some tubers (-50, 11, -114).
4) Take the tubers to Spark Augren (13, 8, -32). Spark will creat the paper and send you to Xin-xu again.
5) Return to Xin-xu Augren for your reward of Augren's Auspicious Inkwell and Wantia Artisan's Satchel.
