Hasika is supposed to collect young sokokar from the Swamp of No Hope. She has been stymied by the needletails, which she wants you to take down.
1) (12) No-hope needletails slain. From the quest journal:
"Although she wasn't too specific, I can probably find the needletails throughout the swamp itself."
There is a path from Sathir's Span that takes you southeast, to the Swamp of No Hope. Here you will find the level 72-73 No-Hope Needletails (-769, 549).
2) Return to Apprentice Trainer Hasika on Sathir's Span.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and Faction: +2000 Riliss.
