Teksi tells you how the Yha-lei can manipulate the water of the lake. She wants this power, and you'll help her figure it out.
1) (4) Solid bubble of water found. From the quest journal:
"Researcher Teksi has asked that I search for any kind of components that the hydromancers might be carrying, so that she might begin study of their techniques."
To the east of the Span you'll find the Ruins and the Lake of Ill Omen, and the level 71-72 Yha-lei Hyrdomancers (563, 878). The bubbles are an auto-update, and you will not get an update with every kill.
2) Return the components to Researcher Teksi.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP and Faction: +2000 Riliss.
