The Rilissian Advancers have had difficulty spying on the Watch due to the Bathezid Outriders. He wants you to take care of them, but be discreet.
1) (9) Bathezid outriders slain. You can find these level 71-72 mobs wandering the grassy area not far from the Span (-89, 1169), as well as near the Ruins (436, 956). You will get an auto-update with every kill.
2) Report back to Span Captain Zilxx on Sathir's Span.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and Faction: +2000 Riliss.
