Desthir made a deal with a necromagus, and he is having trouble fulfilling it.
1) I must collect (8) Nathsarian frog-biter buds. From the quest journal:
"I should be able to locate the frog-biters throughout the Swamp of No Hope which can be found to the southeast of Sathir's Span."
There is a path from Sathir's Span that takes you southeast, to the Swamp of No Hope. Here you will find the level 72-73 Nathsarian Frog-Biters, though your quest will not auto-update with every kill (-407, 853).
2) I must return to Trader Desthir.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and Faction: +2000 Riliss.
