Gilx wants to know more about the crystals the brutes find so fascinating. He has seen them break off a piece and wander away. He suspects "those pieces might act as seeds."
1) (9) Softly Humming Crystals collected. Gilx says to you:
"Search for the Grove to the north, on the edge of the swamp."
There is a path from Sathir's Span that takes you southeast, to the Swamp of No Hope. In the Crystal Grove you will find the level 72-73 Crystal Tenders and Whisperers (-859, 216). Kill them to get the Crystals you need, though note that your quest will not update with every kill.
2) Speak with Observer Gilx on Sathir's Span.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and Faction: +2000 Riliss.
