Slarn recently had a breakout of his Froglok slaves, and while he rounded up most of them, there are still a few he did not get.
1) (8) Freed froglok prisoners captured. Slarn says to you:
"We actually still see them wandering near here in the swamp."
These are wandering about here and there, the level 71-72 Freed Krupp Prisoners. Don't let your bloodlust get the better of you, you won't need to KILL these.
Instead, get them down to at least 20% of its health and then use the Froglok Shackles (which you have put in a hotkey slot) on them. They can interrupt your capture, and only one group member at a time can snatch one. Also note--do not use damage-over-time spells, for you don't want your prisoner dying before you can capture it.
2) Return to Keeper Slarn in the Rilissian Pens.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward and XP.
