Omen's Call has been having a food shortage, and they need your help. You will be gathering fenwheat in an area that is too dangerous for them.
1) Collect (12) fenwheat stalks. From the quest journal:
"Celeria Glandowin has asked that I retrieve stalks of fenwheat from the hills near Omen's Call."
Leave Omen's Call to the northeast, and you'll immediately spot some of these stalks (-73, -351). Each member of your party can harvest from the same one.
2) Return to Celeria Glandowin.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward and XP.
