Valjik's Froglok slaves might be out of her control soon, unless you help. You need to get ingredients for the food that keeps them docile.
1) (5) Gooey dragonhawk innards collected. (5) Soft recluse segments found. (4) Spotted budlings collected.
Valjik says to you:
"First, we need the gooey innards of the dragonhawks, which you should be able to find buzzing the swamp. Also, look for the carrion recluses found near large rocks in the swamp, and bring me their soft segments. Finally, we need speckled budlings from the mushroom colonies you find."
There is a path from Sathir's Span that takes you southeast, to the Swamp of No Hope. Continue down that road, and once you come across large rocks, these are good to check for the level 72-23 Carrion Recluses (-760, 741).
When you head even further down the road, you'll see the level 72-73 Dragonhawks (-1220, 689). You seem to get auto-updates for every kill.
As far as the spotted budlings go, these were difficult to find, at least they were throughout most of Beta. They are tiny little spotted things at the base of the larger, tall mushroom stalks you see all over the Swamp.
They can either be on top of a log, or on the ground.
We found them in the southern side of the Swamp Of No Hope, where you can still see Kunarkian Tuskers. Here are where I found my four: (-349, 1293), (-427, 1231), (-273, 1341), and (-226, 1444).
2) I must speak with Pen Keeper Valjik.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +2000 Riliss, and Reet Warrior's Gloves.
