Vix is running low on some pelts, and needs a hunter to bring in some more. Lucky for him, you showed up.
1) I should kill 10 warslick prowlers and gather their pelts. Vix says to you:
"The first thing I need is some pelts from the prowlers just north of town."
Head out of town and proceed north and you'll find the level 73-74 Warslik Prowlers roaming around on the grasses (-1223, -522).
2) I should speak with Merchant Vix in Riliss.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Riliss, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Sabertooth Fangs. Also, Merchant Paxi will now offer you a quest: Superior Prowler Pelts.
