Nalzie wants to find out what devices the Nurgans are creating, and how they are doing so. He will settle for you bringing him some of their tools.
1) (12) Nurgan tinker tools collected. Nalzie says to you:
"The Tinkermashers have the tools I'm looking for."
From the quest journal:
"I should be able to find the Tinkermashers within the Nurgan Mining Camp, working on their machines."
The Nurgan Tinkermashers are level 73, and can be found north of the Drogan Exile Camp. They are in the far north of the Fens (-498, -1570). The tools are an auto-update and drop from only this specific mob, and seem to drop for every kill.
2) Return to Tinkerist Nalzie.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Exiles of Droga, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Hazardous Cleanup.
