My character Wren is an Outfitter, so that is the type of quest I was given. Your mileage will vary.
Zekillius says to you:
"An Outfitter is rarely without demand for work. We have several work orders which we could use some help with. Just tell me what type of order you'd be able to assist with. When you're ready to begin, take the invoice from the work order desk."
1) I need to find the work order table and pick up my assigned order. This is on a low table next to Zekillius.
2) I need to create a (6) ferrie tail spikes. The recipe for this will be put in your inventory: "riliss apprentice craftman recipes".
The other recipes include: helm reinforcements, buckler of absorption, regulation grade blanket, cloak of shadows, and granite face grinder. Here is the level 72 recipe for the ferrie tail spikes, which utilize the geomancy skill (per/total):
Ferrite Cluster: (4/24)
Bristled Pelt: (2/12)
Smoldering Coal: (5/30)
Use the Forge station and your geomancy skills to create these. If you create less than pristine quality, then you will not make a tail spike, instead you will get back some of the fuel and raws you used in your attempt to make a pristine. You will not actually make an item; they are an auto-update that never materializes.
3) Return to the Work Order Agent.
4) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +250 Riliss, and you can take another work requisition, if you desire.
