Griss needs you to kill eight tidesylph ritualists. These can be found underneath one of the islands in Butcherblock Bay (access the cavern at 834, 42, -256). Return to Griss to claim your coin and continue the quest series. He will send you to talk to Grimshaw Packwright at East Fort Irontoe.
