Riliss Lieutenants
Valkan now wants you to strike at the Rilissian leaders that patrol around Riliss itself.
1) Lieutenant Galrizz defeated. Lieutenant Velssris defeated. Lieutenant Sarzass defeated. Lieutenant Xelsix defeated. From the quest journal:
"I need to find some Rilissian Lieutenants patrolling outside the city of Riliss and put them down."
Lt. Galrizz, a level 72^^ Heroic mob, can be found on the far side of Sothir's Span, on the left side, close to the road (-172, 598).
Lt. Velssris cons the same, and is a bit further down the Sathirian Highway, away from the Span (-219, 63).
Continue down the road in the same direction and you'll soon spot Lt. Xelsix, level 72^^, on the left side (-342, -258).
If you keep on keeping on, the last big bad boss guy you'll see will be Lt. Sarzass, on the right side of the road just after you exit Riliss (-1121, -126).
2) Talk to Legionnaire Captain Valkan.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and Faction: +5,000 Bathezid's Watch.
