Hydiel tells you how they have formed an alliance with the Sarnak from Bathezid's Watch that will enable them to take care of their Rilissian threat. Hydiel would like you to deliver a message to their Sarnak contact.
NOTE: You must have completed the quest "Calling in the Calvary" before you will be offered this quest.
1) Deliver the note from Hydiel Lawborne. Hydiel says to you:
"Just make sure this goes straight to Bathezid's Watch, and whatever you do, avoid Riliss entirely."
The easiest way to proceed is to take the Sokokar from Omen's Call to Bathezid's Watch. Envoy Druzill is who you need to speak with (996, 1337).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward and XP.
