A Vision of the Future
To begin the quest, you'll first need to be able to access the fourth floor of the Tower of the Four Winds. The requirements for this are completing The Rift, as well as all of the quests which granted you access to the earlier levels of the Tower of the Four Winds.

STEPS:

1) Once you can get to the fourth floor, speak to Zhen Mei.

2) He'll send you to kill Chel'Drak in the Antechamber of Fate, a raid instance inside The Mystic Lake.

3) After Chel'Drak is dead, talk to Zhen Mei again.

4) Finally, hail the monk on the first floor to complete your quest and get your reward, your choice of one of five rings, including the Ring of the Four Winds.
