The Keeper wants you to gather materials to concoct a sleeping exlixir for him.
1) (15) Poison glands collected. (8) Swamp aconite petals collected. Keeper Gresrik says to you:
"First, look for the petals of the swamp aconite-it's a flower that grows near the bodies of water. Pick those off the plant, and bring those back to me."
He continues:
"The second part will be a bit more tricky. The buds of the Nathsarian frog-biters contain a pollen like substance that acts as a sedative. We will need plenty of that, so you will likely need to hunt many of the Nathsarian frog-biters to find all that you need."
The level 72-73 Nathsarian Frog-Biters are all over the Western Pens area of the Swamp of No Hope (-630, 847). As for the petals, they are on bushes with orange flowers that are on the shore of the lake with the crocodiles. More than one person can harvest the same bush.

2) I should be able to find Keeper Gresrik near the Pens of Riliss.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Riliss, and you will be able to take the next quest, Riliss Bound (and Gagged).
